概要	This paper estimates the effect of community involvement on students' educational performance using data from the Programme for International Student Assessment 2009. Results show that promoting community involvement improves students' performance as measured by test scores. Moreover, the interaction between community involvement and fiscal autonomy is complementary.,pp14
