概要	This note gives a parameterization of the set of all stabilizing state feedback gains and exploits a geometric structure of the set of stable state feedback systems in the set of stable matrices. Further, some spectral properties related to this structure are derived. Obtained results give not only fundamental guidelines to design state feedback gains using this parameterization but also a new approach to analyze structures of linear stable systems.
