| 概要 | This study investigated the relationship between language learners' aptitudes and behaviors and their English proficiency and cross-cultural understanding. The researcher employed a multivariable analysis approach, utilizing factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, analysis of covariance, and cross-tabulation analysis, along with various statistical tests. Raw data were collected from the 2024 OIDAI English Proficiency Diagnostic Test and the English Learning Implementation Survey.
Through systematic analysis of nonparametric data, the study successfully identified and distinguished various factors related to language learning aptitude and behaviors. Based on these findings, the study proposes concrete and practical language teaching strategies to enhance current methodologies in English language education. This research demonstrates how a systematic approach to data analysis can reveal students' learning traits, characteristics, limitations, and potential, providing valuable guidance for language instructors seeking to refine their teaching strategies in university English classes. |
