| 概要 | We explored effective positive computing methods by exposing participants to one of seven conditions following mental arithmetic tasks: "Image," "Sound," "Image + Sound," "Image + Scent," "Sound + Scent," "Image + Sound + Scent," and a "Control (no stimuli)" condition. Mood evaluation questionnaire results demonstrated that combining two stimuli, such as "Image + Sound," "Image + Scent," and "Sound + Scent," was most effective in alleviating negative moods. For boosting positive moods, "Image + Sound + Scent" proved the most effective. The post-experiment survey revealed a tendency for participants to feel that 'sound' has a significant impact on their mood. |
