概要	This paper proposes a method of weighting an adjacency matrix for the prediction of association between lncRNAs and diseases based on experimental evidence. A lncRNA-disease adjacency matrix is weighted by experimentally validated times. As a result, we showed that the proposed method provides good predictive performance and improves adequacy compared with TPGLDA [1].
