| 概要 | In the contemporary corporate landscape, achieving sustainable performance stands as a critical imperative for organizations globally, with concerns intensifying over past decades. Despite extensive research exploring various aspects of organizational dynamics and individual backgrounds, a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms through which green organization culture influences sustainable performance remains elusive. This study addresses this gap by proposing a mediation model drawing on Natural Resource Base Value (NRBV), Value Belief Norm (VBN) theory, and Stakeholder Theory. Through these models, this research proposed the pivotal role of green innovation in driving sustainable performance within organizations. |
