概要	The erosion processes of plasma facing materials are reviewed. Chemical sputtering and radiation enhanced sublimation of graphite materials are explained including elementary processes and modeling. Several important phenomena affecting the erosion of plasma facing materials such as disruption, materials mixing, and prompt redeposion are briefly overviewed.
