概要	In this paper, using the liver cancer dataset of NBDC, genes and transcripts extracted by using statistical hypothesis tests were given to the random forest. The genes and transcripts which are considered to be pathogenic are extracted. As a result, we obtained the genes and transcripts thought to be associated with liver cancer.
