| 概要 | We constructed a terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system employing two continuous-wave multimode laser diodes. By manipulating the laser temperature to adjust the laser wavelength, we generated frequency-tunable continuous terahertz waves from the beats between the longitudinal modes of the two laser diodes. |
